Shipping And Handling:

UK deliveries are £??? per order and are sent via 1st Class "Recorded Signed For".

In some instances we are unable to send items Recorded and therefore choose an appropriate method to get your order to you in a timely and cost-effective manner. This will either be a courier or Royal Mail Parcel Post.

International shipping is available and charges are calculated on an individual basis.  Please contact us for a quote prior to confirming your order.  My Lingerie Lover will not accept responsibility for customs charges due from larger orders. Please check your countries import charges before ordering.

Returns:

Faulty or wrongly delivered orders will be refunded in full including return postage.
Alternatively, a replacement order can be specified.

Incorrect items will be exchanged for another size.  If that size is not available, a credit note will be issued.

Unsuitable items will be exchanged for a credit note.

Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We therefore recommend you send it to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Please ensure you return the item(s) to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Delivery Schedule:

We aim to ship all items the day after payment is received if all items are in stock. Most orders are received within 3 business days.

Out of stock orders will be dispatched within 21 days of your order. In the unlikely event that we are unable to send your items within this time, we will contact you.  You will then have the option of agreeing to a new delivery date or canceling the order and receiving a full refund.
